General Terms and Conditions
Delivery
The delivery occurs by mail. Shipping and packaging costs and the value added
tax will be charged separately.
Payment
Inland customers will get an invoice which is due immediately. Customers
from abroad pay in advance or by creditcard. Bank charges have to be paid
by the customer.
Reservation of proprietary rights
The goods remain our property until the we receive full payment.
Accountability and guarantee
The customer has the right to have defects of software
that affect the functionality mended. If the programme doesn’t work
after two repair attempts the customer has the right to dissolve the contract
of purchase.
An accountability
of the manufacturer in the form of compensation is excluded.
