Desktop Publishing = computerbased manuscript creation

Desktop publishing was first introduced in 1984 by Apple Macintosh and the layout software PageMaker. This way it was possible to produce your own appealing layouts without photocomposition. For us it was a possibility for the production of our own university journals.

* It happens to be a multicard mobile phone with landline number. This solution offers us several advantages (Homezone, Roaming, Flatrate, ...), but the connexion establishment to the above mentioned number amounts to approx. 5 seconds. We ask for your understanding.

The company name dtp studio came from the initial stages when we were still concentrated on prepress and advertising for customers in our region.

As of late the area Webdesign has become a new important focal point. We are especially strong in the construction of database solutions (for example webshops) which we create individually, technically demanding but also inexpensively.

Scope of duties Software products

Questions from the dtp and colour practice resulted in several software solutions:

RAL DIGITAL: software package for the colours of the RAL Deutsches Institut für Gütesicherung und Kennzeichnung e.V.
HKS DTP Paket: software package for the colours of the HKS registered trademark association.
DIGITAL COLOUR ATLAS: the comprehensive software for colour comparisons of all kind and exact colour matching.

The target group of this software product are especially the professional users of colour. They can be found in printing shops, prepress and architectural offices, painting businesses and facade designers. All of them need a convenient tool for exact reproduction and practical application of colour on the PC.

We have had great success with our software and it continues to lead us down this path: In the future we will continue to concentrate strongly on this specific area.
